Currently pursuing a PhD in Talent Intelligence (AI in HR), Stella’s research focuses on how AI can transform career understanding, workforce intelligence, and the future of human potential.
With more than 20 years of professional experience, she has held senior leadership positions across banking, consulting, and entrepreneurship, including Eurobank, Deloitte, and Human Centered.
